Using the site
By using this site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
What the data is
The rankings, scores and revenue directions are our own estimates, built from public and third-party online signals such as branded search, site traffic, social following and online stores. We publish ranks, scores and directions only, never revenue figures. Estimates can be wrong: we can't see a brand's own sales, prices, conversion, or sales through retailers and marketplaces. See the methodology for how they are made.
Not advice
Nothing on this site or in our newsletter is financial, investment, legal or other professional advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or invest in any business. Do your own research before making decisions, and don't rely on the index alone.
Brands on the index
Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners. Listing a brand doesn't mean it endorses us, or that we endorse it. If you represent a brand and something looks wrong, please send a correction and we'll review it.
Using our content
You're welcome to quote and link to the index, including individual ranks and scores, with a credit and a link to commercegantry.com. Please don't copy the index in bulk, scrape it, or republish it as your own dataset without our written permission. The site's design, text and data compilation belong to 992 Consulting.
Newsletter and your details
If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you signed up on, your country (from your connection) and the date, and use them only to send the newsletter. We don't sell or share them. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or ask us to delete your details through the contact page. Messages sent through our forms are used only to reply to you and to improve the index.

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be complete, current or error-free, or always online. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the site or newsletter. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
