Clare V. makes handbags, wallets and small leather goods, alongside clothing, hats and fashion jewellery, from a Los Angeles base. Founder Clare Vivier started the label in 2008 to answer one question: what bags do stylish working women want. She began by working directly with family-owned factories in L.A., and the brand still produces the bulk of its handbags with three of those same leather goods makers, while its t-shirts and sweatshirts are cut and sewn locally too.
